These terms apply to consumer purchases made through our webshop. They do not limit your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

2. Products, prices and payment

We sell clothing and accessories. Product descriptions, sizes and prices are displayed on the relevant product pages. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable VAT. Shipping charges are additional unless a specific free-shipping offer applies.

The total amount, including shipping and any other applicable charges, is displayed before you place your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

3. Orders

Please check your items, sizes and delivery details before completing your purchase. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation.

If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. Any payment for an item we cannot supply will be refunded.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is not automatically free. Available destinations, delivery methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Expected delivery times are provided before purchase. If delivery is delayed, please contact us. Your statutory rights in the event of a delay remain unaffected.

We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Cancellation and returns

You may notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 working days after receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding Finnish public holidays. The period starts on the day after receipt. For goods ordered together but delivered separately, it starts after receipt of the last item.

This extended period does not reduce your statutory right of withdrawal.

To cancel, send a clear statement to style.margarets@gmail.com, preferably including your name, order number and the items concerned. You may also use the online withdrawal function or the model withdrawal form below. Prior approval is not required.

Send the items back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us.

Simply failing to collect a parcel does not constitute notice of cancellation.

6. Return costs and product condition

You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs when returning a non-defective item because you have changed your mind.

You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please return items carefully packaged, with their labels and original packaging where reasonably possible. Missing packaging alone does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

Keep your proof of return shipment.

7. Refunds

We will issue your refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold it until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

When you cancel the entire order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery method are not refundable.

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact style.margarets@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess it.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Necessary return costs for a valid defect claim are our responsibility.

The ordinary return period does not limit your statutory rights concerning defective goods.

10. Complaints and applicable law

Please contact us first if you have a complaint.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of habitual residence.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and, where applicable, refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Your right to bring a claim before a competent court remains unaffected.
