These Terms and Conditions apply to consumer purchases made through the Margaret’s Style online store. Please read them before placing an order.
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Margaret’s Style.
2. Products
The main characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Please review the description, available sizing information and care instructions before purchasing.
We aim to display colours and details accurately. Screen settings may affect how colours appear, but this does not limit your rights if a product does not match its description.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes.
Shipping is not automatically free. Available delivery methods, shipping charges and the final order total are shown before you complete your purchase. Any free-shipping promotion applies only under its stated conditions.
Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Payment providers may apply separate terms to their services.
By completing an order using the payment button at checkout, you acknowledge the obligation to pay the displayed total.
4. Orders and confirmation
Please check your selected products, sizes, delivery address and contact details before completing your order.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please contact us if you notice an error or do not receive confirmation.
If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you promptly to explain the situation and arrange a refund for any item we cannot supply. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Requests to change an order should be sent as soon as possible. Changes may no longer be possible once the order has been dispatched. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
5. Delivery
Available destinations, delivery methods, charges and delivery timeframes are provided during the ordering process.
We deliver within the agreed timeframe. If no delivery time has been agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
If your order is delayed, please contact us. Your statutory rights concerning delayed delivery, including cancellation where applicable, remain unaffected.
We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive them, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier independently commissioned by you.
Not collecting a parcel does not, by itself, constitute notice of cancellation. Please tell us clearly if you wish to cancel your purchase.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 working days after you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding Finnish public holidays. This extended period does not reduce your statutory right of withdrawal.
If products from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period runs from receipt of the last product.
You may also cancel before delivery.

You may also notify us using our postal contact details or another legally valid method. The optional withdrawal form at the end of these terms can be used, but is not compulsory.
Sending your notice before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient. You do not need our approval to exercise this right.
7. Returning goods
After notifying us of withdrawal, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when you change your mind or choose a different size.
Please pack items securely and keep proof of postage. Include your name and order number so we can identify your return.
These return-cost arrangements do not apply in the same way to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods; see section 10.
8. Trying on items and their condition
You may inspect and try on clothing as you reasonably would in a shop to assess its nature, characteristics and fit.
Please handle items carefully. Avoid wearing them beyond trying them on, washing them, altering them or exposing them to stains, perfume or smoke.
Where possible, return items with their original labels, accessories and packaging. Missing packaging or removed labels do not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal.
You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product. Any deduction will reflect the actual reduction in value and will be explained.
Sale items have the same statutory withdrawal rights as full-price items.
9. Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the relevant payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
If you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for an express or other premium delivery option are not refundable.
Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund processing fee.
Any lawful deduction for diminished value will be explained to you.
10. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us at style.margarets@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess the issue.
We are responsible for defects in accordance with applicable Finnish consumer protection law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation and a refund.
A remedy for a defect for which we are responsible is provided without charge, including necessary return costs. Please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate return method.
The 14-working-day change-of-mind period does not limit your statutory rights concerning defective goods.
11. Exchanges
If you would like a different size or product, contact us to discuss availability and the available options.
An exchange is subject to agreement and stock availability. Your statutory right to return an eligible item for a refund remains unaffected.
12. Personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data relating to website visits, orders and customer enquiries.
13. Complaints and disputes

If we cannot reach a resolution, you may contact the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Consumer Advisory Services:

The Board generally expects consumers to contact Consumer Advisory Services before submitting a case.
These options do not restrict your right to bring a claim before a competent court.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
If you live in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection applicable to you under the relevant conflict-of-law rules.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
16. Model withdrawal form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may instead send any other clear statement of withdrawal.
